About Our School

Our school is located in southern New Jersey and is only ten minutes from historic Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Haddon Heights High School serves over eight hundred students from three local towns: Haddon Heights, Barrington, and Lawnside. Our school offers excellent learning opportunities for students. Each year sees between 85% to 95% of the graduating seniors pursuing post secondary education. The class of 2006 saw 60% attending 4-year colleges and universities and 30% attending 2-year schools. The class of 2006 also had 23% of the class carrying a 93 grade point average and 47% of the class carrying a B or better grade average. We have an extensive technology program, eight advanced placement courses, vigorous honors programs, and a wide variety of successful sports and extracurricular activities.

The school's motto has been   “Haddon Heights High School - Where Tradition and Progress Meet” . We value and maintain our rich heritage, but seek to change and adapt in order to prepare students for the global society they will enter.
